Woodward County Commissioners meet Tuesday after Columbus Day at 10 a.m. at the courthouse.
The board will review a Certificate of Compliance for the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority for Whispering Creek Farms LLC in W ½ SW ¼ Section 24 T23N R22W in District 3.
Risen Son Films of Faith LLC will discuss filming a scene for their film in the courthouse.
Commissioners will review a Certificate of Substantial Completion from Joe D Hall for the fairground roof project.
The council will also review the county treasurer’s monthly report to the auditor for the month of September 2021 and the clerk’s monthly records management and retention report.
Commissioners will review the county treasury fund requirement estimate and the September 2021 allocation request.
An interlocal agreement with the Town of Woodward for common emergency management services is on the agenda.
The board of directors will take charge of the appointments of new requisition and reception agents for several departments, in particular:
• General charitable detention for minors
• Mutual fire department
• Sharon Fire Department
• Fair debt / Fair grounds
• OSU extension
• Emergency management
• Mooreland Fire Department • Fire Department Capitol
• Safety and fire prevention
• Woodward Fire Services
Commissioners will consider a supplemental and modification agreement from the Oklahoma State Department of Transportation for the maintenance of Project # 1, funding and right-of-way agreement for County Road EW51 that will begin at SH -34 and will extend five miles west to project NS-201 J2- 8460 (004) C1.
A resolution will be considered for the elimination of diesel and unleaded pumps for the 12,000 gallon tank, reducing the amount of inventory and new pumps having their own inventory number for District 3.
The board will consider a transfer of credits from the general use tax to the prison use tax, in addition to any new or unforeseen activity.
