MASSENA — The Massena police chief is seeking to reduce juvenile delinquency by placing more responsibility on parents to control their children’s behavior.
“I don’t think it’s a secret that our community, not just ours, but several communities across the state are facing an increase in juvenile behavior issues. So I’ve had meetings and discussions with select partners across the county, including the district attorney’s office, and with the school district about ways to strengthen our approach to tackling the problem of juvenile delinquency,” he said.
